Michael H. Wojtanowski, M.D., FACS is the Medical Director of Ohio Clinic for Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery and Ohio Clinic Skin Care. He is a well known and respected plastic surgeon in Cleveland. He has extensive experience of plastic surgery and has performed thousands of cosmetic surgery procedures in Cleveland including facelifts, eyelid surgery, tummy tucks and liposuction.
Dr. Wojtanowski performs a wide array of cosmetic surgery procedures at his Westlake, Ohio surgical facility, Surgiplex. Dr. Wojtanowski’s specialty is facelifts, necklifts, eyelifts and forehead lifts.

Dr. Wojtanowski is a graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with a BS in biology. He received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his residency in general surgery and plastic surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland. He served for over 30 years as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Fairview Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital and has been a staff member at St. John’s Medical Center since 1980.
Dr. Wojtanowski has authored multiple publications including articles on cosmetic facial surgery and breast surgery. Dr. Wojtanowski has been invited for years to ASAPS (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgery) to teach other plastic surgeons upper facial rejuvenation. He has lectured on additional aspects of plastic surgery, including liposuction, which Dr. Wojtanowski first pioneered in Cleveland in 1982.
